Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before arrival.
Late cancellations and no–shows will incur a charge of:
30% from 30 to 15 days before due arrival.
50% from 14 to 7 days before the arrival.
70% less than 6 days before due arrival.
Cancellations need to be done online via a link on your confirmation. If this is not possible, then cancel via email/fax/phone using the details in your confirmation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre–authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
